Jam Zumel
“The more we found pairing food and light drinks as another gateway to empathy and conversation, the easier it got. We figured, why not put ourselves in an environment where we can flourish on the experience of connection? And why not do it big in a way where we can actually help the community find their voice and find their platform, and find their community members too all at the table? Because at the end of the day, we all have a seat at the table, we just have to figure out a way to place it together.”

And he's curated an experience (Crafted) that he hopes expands beyond that dinner table. We chat about breaking down the barriers beyond the titles of our jobs and the boxes we fit in, appreciating the little things, and being multi-passionate and how it's okay to want to do a lot of things.Tune into the podcast here.[embed]https://soundcloud.com/coffeeandconvos/014-breaking-barriers-using-empathy-with-jam-zumel/s-z1iMa[/embed]
