Danielle Riggins and Bryan Baez of Ultreya Coffee

Ultreya means ‘onward in your journey’ which came from a book I read called The Camino where people walk the Camino de Santiago in Spain. The old monks used to pass each other on the trail and say ‘Ultreya’ to one another meaning ‘I see you, onward with your journey’ and I thought it was the coolest thing in the world. So the whole point of the coffee shop is wherever you are in the journey of your life, hopefully we can say ‘journey onward’ to the people who come in and out every day.
