Being conscious of your consumption goes beyond the food you eat. Even right now, in an in-shelter deemed pandemic, what are you consuming beyond the food you eat? … What are you consuming as far as information? How much of the media are you allowing yourself to be enveloped by? Being conscious about how it impacts your energy and how you feel, if it’s filling you up with fear or looking into alternative pieces of information that are more uplifting and hopeful and I’ve been trying to immerse myself in that, the possibility in this pandemic versus the fear. We’re all going through this full spectrum of human emotions right now. The fear is there, but there is potential in it. What are we going to lean in to? Be conscious of what you consume, that’s more than the food you eat, it’s also what you consume in media, what you buy as consumers, it’s what you allow yourself to take in.
