Camie Dyess of Fresh Baked Papergoods
"I was teaching at 21 years old and needed to go backwards and take those odd jobs. Then I had my family and needed to get back to work. With my 7 year old daughter and 5 year old son, I'm teaching part time. When I had my kids I felt frumpy and thought I should try something out like Etsy. That's when I started to carve stamps of things I drew and things I felt I wanted but weren't available in the market. People took a liking to it and it just grew into what it is today. I especially enjoy carving stamps for small businesses and seeing them being put to use, and the overall process of it all!" - Camie Dyess //@freshbakedpapergoods
Camie hand carves beautifully detailed stamps while also continuing her teaching career. If she isn't Super Woman, we don't know who is! She is an artist at heart and hones her craft in everything she does. We are a big fan of her work and can't wait to get our hands on a Coffee & Convos carved stamp one day! Be sure to check out her Etsy shop and marvel at her work on her Instagram page!
