“That will always be my favorite thing in life. Perspectives. There’s so much of them that I’ll never know. I don’t know if I’m right, I don’t know if I’m wrong, I just know there's a lot of perspectives out there and I want to know about them. I think everything that life has presented to me was an opportunity. Whether it was good or bad, it was an opportunity. It’s about how you want to deal with it. I do everything I think I’m supposed to do and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. But I feel good. I don’t have any regrets in my life.”

In this episode, Andrew talks about how his career has pivoted throughout the years and how important it's been for him to trust his instincts in making these decisions that have transitioned his life of initially wanting to put out vinyl records to managing talent. We chat about friendships, perspectives, and why most of his life his purpose has always been to give back.
